Accessibility
Last reviewed: November 2026
Danielle Saudino wants everyone to be able to read about, see and acquire rare stones, whatever tools they use to browse. This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we review it against that standard as we add to it.
What that means in practice
Every image of a stone or piece has a written description. Every form field has a visible label and works with a keyboard and a screen reader. Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content. Colour is never the only way we convey information, and the site respects your system's reduced-motion setting by turning off our animations.
Where we fall short
Some photographs supplied by third parties, and some older journal entries, may lack full descriptions. We are working through them. If you reach something you cannot use, we would rather hear about it than not.
Alternatives
Everything on this site can also be done in person, by telephone or by email. Call or text (206) 999-3865, write to danielle@saudino.com, or ask for a consultation by video; we will read you anything on the site and take your inquiry by voice.
Tell us
Write to danielle@saudino.com with "Accessibility" in the subject and the page you were on. Danielle reads these herself and replies within two business days.
